I was born in the UK and bought up surrounded by love from my very large, slightly dysfunctional family. My passion for cooking and feeding my loved ones stems from cooking with my Nans; Nanny Lynne and Nanny Pat. At 19 I studied for my Bachelors Degree in Nutrition and I then moved to Oxford for a year to complete my Masters in Sports Nutrition during which I ran a busy cafe
My love of food and new places encouraged me to then go on and travel Asia, South America, Mexico and Australia. To be frankly honest I didn't particularly love travelling, I missed cooking and routine too much! However, it was my time in Australia that found me taking my next step in life - moving to Sydney Australia.
I settled in well in Australia and found a fantastic job, Nutritional Consulting out of a fitness center, Fresh Start. It was through Fresh Start that I met my spunky adventurous now Fiance Tim. In 2015 we made the big move to purchase both Fresh Start Gym and CrossFit Conditioning and have been running these together since.
Aside from running the Gym I also work full time as a Nutritionist and Weight Loss Coach. I run a variety of programs to teach my clients how to improve their health and wellness through healthy nourishing food and lifestyle changes. These include; the 8 Week Weight Loss Challenge, 28 Day Clean Eating Challenge, The 6 Week Shred Challenge and I also run Cooking Demonstrations.
Aside from working with clients in my consultation room I also work with 'Commando Steve' and have helped his team create Get Commando Fit. A 12 week online fitness and nutrition program. I am also currently working with the Lifelong Learning Centers who are dedicated to helping children reach their full potential.
My number one passion is cooking, creating and sharing healthy, nutritious recipes. Through my recipes I aim to educate you, teach you to cook and improve your relationship with food and eating. I believe in a balanced mind, body, diet and soul approach and I encourage people to work on each principle to ensure that you are the best version of yourself.
Aside from cooking, working and teaching, I love CrossFit, running, drinking wine (any variety), reading fantasy books and water skiing - this is my balanced mind, body diet and soul approach that works for me.

The Gourmet Nutritionist is able to speak on a wide variety of topics and will always deliver an individualised presentation for your event. She will engage her listeners by getting them involved and asking them questions with the goal in mind always being to educate the listener rather than lecture.
If you want to learn how to cook healthy delicious nutritious meals that are quick and simple to prepare then a cooking demonstration might be for you. Throughout my two hour demonstration I let you watch, smell and ask questions. At the end you’ll also get to sit down with your group and eat all the food prepared. As well as walking away with delicious new recipes you’ll also receive a host of information about why the ingredients in the recipe are beneficial to your body.
