Hi, I’m Kelly.

I’m a Nutritionist, Mum to two beautiful boys Harry & Archie, Wife, Chef, Fitness Coach & Gym owner. I absolutely adore what I do and look forward to helping you on your health and wellness journey.

My career as a Nutritionist started in the UK where I studied for my Degree & Masters in Nutrition & Sports Nutrition. I moved to Australia, met my husband Tim and we went on to purchase the fitness business (Freshstart Gym and CrossFit Conditioning) that I now operate from. I have a huge passion for fitness and will often combine my knowledge as a fitness coach alongside my experience as a Nutritionist to help my clients reach their goals. If my passion is fitness then my soul is food and eating and it is my goal to make the health and wellness journey as delicious as possible. I believe the key to my clients long term success is education and I provide them with the tools and knowledge that they need to make their goal a reality.

Having such a huge passion for food I have a library of recipes for my clients so they never feel they are missing out on any of life’s joys. I also sell Protein Balls & Gourmet Platters for your snacking and picnicking needs.

My passion is empowering you with the tools that you need to live a happy, healthy and most importantly fun life. I work not on restricting you with what you cannot have or do, but teaching you what you can include into your life. I am here to guide and support you to reach your goals whatever they may be. I do not judge, I simply guide and educate you and help you to understand more about your body and the wonderous thing that it is!

Whether you are after improving your gut health, stabilising your hormones, enjoying a healthy pregnancy or losing body fat. I can help you!

Build it

There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach. We will work together to custom fit your plan so it is specific to you. Each week I will set you realistic take homes to work on in your own time and we will asses them at your next consultation. Along the way I will teach you the fundamentals of health so your goal becomes a long term reality.
